There are many kinds of duties that landlord has to fulfill whereas he also owes different kinds of rights that enable him to enjoy the ownership in a good way. Many kinds of landlords are well aware of their rights, but they do not know to provide the facilities to the tenants. This is the sad truth, but it is going on at the man of the apartment complexes in different states. The residents have to keep quiet to have an affordable residence and them ace the poor attitudes of their landlords. But law helps these kinds of tenants to get their rights as apartment residents. When people live at the apartment complex, they have to face and meet with their neighbors many times in a day. They have to live at a same place, so it is better for them to live as a family. They should understand the problems of each other and act in the way to provide comfort and relaxation to their neighbors. This helps out all neighbors if everyone understands this responsibility. It is the responsibility of neighbors to take care of others and help them at the time of need and if they are creating some problem for others they should stop acting in bad ways so that the problem owing to…

Part 4 of Pickers is published on Saturday, finishing the serial. It’s the crazy action, big fight, obviously inspired by Mad Max 2 and Fury Road finale, and it was rather fun to write. If you’ve been putting off reading it until all four parts were released, then today’s a good day to get started on Part 1, and you should be caught up just in time. Publishing it as a serial changed the shape of the story, and probably forced me to get it finished earlier than I would if I’d written it as a novel. There will be a revised ‘Director’s Cut’, full length…

The National Front were in town on Saturday, all ten of them. I went along to get some pictures. Mostly, I needed shots of Police doing crowd control, as reference for a planned book cover, but getting some images of the white shame parade was also a plan. I ended up wandering around for a while, before the yobs finally came out of the pub. I saw a, completely unrelated, gathering of- I think- Palestinians; a wedding party on a vintage bus; some graffiti; and (though I didn’t get any pictures) a junior athletics event. Finally, the knuckle draggers made their way toward Piccadilly.

Our academic knowledge about underwater physics, physiology, dive desease, dive tables and etc may also be good. However, a scuba diver should always learn more to be able to be a better diver. Self improvement is the key. For this purpose, we should read some informative books and watch educational documentaries (NatGeo is my favorite). • Lucky Pro Riders Capron And Corey Funk | Woodward Session

    4 Aug 2015 | 11:23 am
Lucky Scooters team pro riders, Capron and Corey Funk take the cake as some of the gnarliest siblings in the sport of scootering!  They are constantly progressing, expanding their trick lists and taking their tricks to bigger and bigger obstacles. With that said, it is pretty common for these two guys to ride together, film together, and push each other to new heights, which is exactly what they did on one of their more recent trips to Woodward West. They even have a sweet video to showcase all of the mayhem that went down, entitled “Woodward Session”!  For those of you who…

    A Greek Adventure

  • Beaches and Sights of Pelion Greece

    chris
    30 Aug 2015 | 8:36 am
Even adventure travel bloggers need to switch off some times and relax. We did that in Pelion Greece, in a remote beautiful beach village. The name of it? Damouchari. At that area, part of the Mamma Mia famous movie was filmed. Our hotel room was great with great view, in 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. Of course the beach was a bit wild… But it was so energizing and relaxing at the same time. Great waters. That part of Damouchari also has a small port (for boats and sea kayaking). People also swim there since when it has a bit of strong weather on the other side, there is…

Our experiences in Crete are escalating! Read about another famous gorge, part of our Crete Gorges trips. This is the Pervolakia gorge in Crete, also known as Moni Kapsa gorge due to the monastery of Kapsa you meet at the entrance and exit of the gorge (you can exit the gorge from a different route if you like). You can read more about our experiences from the same trip, here, here and here. What is most promising for this route is the… exit. Since, the starting point is near a couple of beaches with amazing blue waters, where we had a very relaxing swim, after a 5 hour walking in and…

    chris
    28 Jul 2015 | 11:42 am
We really enjoyed the gorges of Crete. As you know, from our other stories, when there is a gorge (or an opportunity for hiking and trekking) we would grab it and we would definitely go to walk through its route. During our stay in Crete (you can read about it here) we combined hiking just with gorges. We did 3 of them. Here is one of the gorges of Crete, named Pefki. We suggest to do this route either early at morning and end up in the village of Pefki to get some breakfast along with a tasty Greek coffee or at the afternoon and combine it with dinner. Where is Pefki gorge Have you read…

Maria had been in the past and told me “you are going to love Crete”. Crete is a magnificent island. It is like a small country by itself. Initialize adsOk, so this video was released back in 2012, but there’s something cool about taking a look back to a clip you may have missed. Back when I watched this vid, from Comet Skateboards, it had a huge effect on me. Back then, freeride longboarding was the latest riding style making the rounds on the skate media. I remember Original Skateboards was one longboard company, really influenced by freeride mechanics at the time. They had released their ‘Freeride’ board just a year prior and skaters were starting to mix up their styles—skating longer roads and adding in…

  • Gear Review: Lowepro Photo Hatchback 22L Camera Bag

    Jess Gay
    26 Aug 2015 | 3:36 am
The Lowepro photo hatchback is a great camera backpack for the keen photographer/adventurer. Its duel compartments, which can be combined if necessary, means there is adequate space for camera equipment, as well as everyday essentials. As an avid hiker and photographer, I felt the Lowepro’s design suited my requirements perfectly. Despite exploring many of the ranges from other competitors, the hatchback was the only bag we found on the market with duel compartments and with supportive sturdy straps and a waist belt (great for distributing the weight on hikes.)
